Create Test Case from Recorded Session

Users can create test cases in QMetry from the sessions recorded during exploratory testing. It saves time as users get automated test cases without writing them manually.

Perform the following steps to create a test case from a recorded session:

  1. Go to the QMetry menu and select Exploratory Testing.

  2. Navigate to the session from which you want to create a test case.

  3. To create a test case directly from the recorded Exploratory Testing session, click the Create Test Case button at the top right corner.

The Create Test Case screen appears.

You can add or edit the required details for the test case. If a custom field is marked as mandatory in Configuration, users can enter values for such mandatory fields here and proceed to create the test case.
